Len, your lighting is just so amazing. Plus I am in awe of your loose technique (something that eludes me!)....I love the brush strokes and simplicity. voted

The warmth pulses from the canvas, and the play of light and shadows is phenomenal. This makes me nostalgic for life a few days ago when I had to get in the shade while my horses ate their grain. Now, the winter snows have hit the valley so suddenly that the cottonwoods haven't had time to change out of their summer dresses. This painting brings back the golden hours!

This is really a lovely painting, Len! I love the way you've captured the sunlight sparkling on the buildings and the foliage. Well done- Mary

Len, a very nice capture of the rustic New England Fall colours highlighted by the slash of sunlight - Thank you for your comments on 'Flowerpot Cliffs', which have surrealistic shapes caused by erosion ....Chris R
