Description
Painted a few weeks ago when the temperature rose to 50 degrees, I just couldn't resist this view is right over the hill in back of our house just to the right of the barn in the foreground is one of the oldest houses in Cheshire and dates back to the times Cheshire was named New Providence, Greylock in the distance with the famous Appalachian Trail and the equally famous Thunderbolt Ski Trail.

Len, I find your use of colour very compelling and calming. It is always the first thing I notice in a painting,although not necessarily the most important! Your tones,lighting,shadows,shapes are all beautiful too. And looking at this, I am reminded somehow of Glastonbury Tor where I live. There is a mystical quality to this serene landscape which is very moving. v/f
